The Mobile Hospitality Manager can provide your guest information about their stay when they need it, and at the same time save you time and repeat work. You can visit the Hospitality link in your dashboard at any time to customise the experience for your home and your guests.

Entering Hospitality content enhances the vacation rental experience for guests and makes it easier for you to manage their stay. We encourage you to provide this experience for your guests.

You can customise the usage of Mobile Hospitality notifications by following the directions below:
  1. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
  2. Click the Property icon on the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Hospitality 
  4. Click Settings
  5. Click Owner Notifications
  6. Click Disable for each notification you wish to turn off
  7. Click Guest Notifications
  8. Click Disable for each notification you wish to turn off
After you complete these steps, your guest will receive the Reservation Confirmation email, which includes information about the HomeAway mobile app, and a review request. For reservations that are in-flight, guests may still receive notifications to download and access information.
