1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Rules and policies.
  5. Click on House Rules, Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
  6. Set your Property Cancellation Policy.
  7. Set your Check in and out times.
  8. Set your House Rules, Max occupancy, minimum age, etc.
  9. Click Save.
Note: Rules will only display on your listing if you have selected either “No” or “Yes” with a note. Notes can be added under each rule, in the "Notes for traveler" field. Notes allow up to a 50 character message with additional details or restrictions on each rule (i.e. smoking allowed outside only).
