As an owner, you can provide access information to guests of your property through the Mobile Hospitality Manager.

You control when access information is provided. You have two options:

You can Allow Access for each stay to provide your guest with access information to your property.
  1. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
  2. Click the Property icon on the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Hospitality.
  4. Visit the My Guests.
  5. Navigate to the specific guest to Allow Access.
Please note if you have provided access far in advance of the stay, it will be provided to your guest 14 days before the stay and it will inaccessible the day after the stay. If you have not provided access you will receive a reminder to do so 17 days before the stay if they trip is booked that far in advance.

You can Schedule access for all stays per rental.
  1. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
  2. Click the Property icon on the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Hospitality.
  4. Visit My Rentals.
  5. Select Rental Info from the left navigation for the property you would like to set up access.
  6. Check Enable Scheduled Access.
  7. You can select from the drop down '3 days before arrival' up to '30 days before arrival'
If you do not want to use the automatic scheduling feature, you will need to click the red lock on each guest under the My Guests tab.

In the My Guests tab, when you Allow Access you provide your access to the following information:
  •  Access instructions and door codes – the door code and access instructions you provided in the My Guests tab. This information can be unique per stay and therefore needs to be provided for each stay.
  • Address of the rental – based on the address you provided when creating your listing. Preview the location in the My Rentals tab under Rental Info. If the map pin is not accurate you will need to contact Customer Support to correct it.
  • Driving directions – the driving instructions you provided in the My Rentals, Pre-Arrival section.
  • Parking instructions – the parking information you provided in the My Rentals, Pre-Arrival section.
  • Wi-Fi instructions – the Wi-Fi information you provided in the My Rentals, Rental Instructions section.

Access information will be inaccessible the day after your guest's stay is complete. If there is no Wi-Fi or mobile service, the information will be removed the next time the guest has mobile service.             

When a guest invites another guest, they will have access to all the information the primary guest does. You will be able to have access to the name and email address of each guest they invite.
