You can create up to five additional payment requests per reservation by following the steps below.
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Hover over the left navigation menu to expand.
  3. Click Reservation Manager.
  4. Click Payments.
  5. Click on the desired guest stay you wish to edit.
  6. Click Add payment request.
  7. Enter a brief description of the additional monies due, the full amount, and due date.
  8. Enter a brief message if desired.
  9. Click Send located near bottom of screen.
