How do I re-send an invitation to travellers to access hospitality information about their stay?
To re-send an invitation code to a traveller that did not receive it, access the Mobile Hospitality dashboard from your owner dashboard.
- If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
- Click the Property icon on the left navigation menu.
- Click Hospitality.
- From the top menu, select My Guests.
- Select the guest you would like to re-invite.
- In the Pre-Arrival section, locate the invitation notification. Click Reinvite.
- When the confirmation window pops up, click Yes.
